RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

At this time, we do not offer free returns - return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, you can either:

 

  • Log in to your account on our website and initiate a return request for the fastest processing, or

  • Email us at info@enzolondon.com

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it -unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions, including where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Items returned without all of the packaging and not in the same condition as they were dispatched when you placed your order will be either subject to a £28 restocking charge OR refusal to refund and your purchase will be shipped back to you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@enzolondon.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Currently, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the piece you would like.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £120. For orders under £120, shipping is charged at £4.95 within the UK, £14.95 for EU destinations, and £19.95 for the rest of the world. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3–4 working days, EU orders within 6–7 working days, and international orders within 12–18 working days.

Tax and Duty charge

All orders shipping outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and duties. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are outside of our control. We kindly advise you to contact your local customs office for an estimate of applicable fees before placing your order.

Payment of any taxes and duties is the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to non-payment of these charges. If duties and taxes are not settled promptly, your shipment may be destroyed without the possibility of a refund.
